I thought this was a beautiful autumn poem by Lauren Scott and I wanted to reblog it.

My name is Thomas Wikman. I am a software/robotics engineer with a background in physics. I am currently retired. I took early retirement. I am a dog lover, and especially a Leonberger lover, a home brewer, craft beer enthusiast, I’m learning French, and I am an avid reader. I live in Dallas, Texas, but I am originally from Sweden. I am married to Claudia, and we have three children. I have two blogs. The first feature the crazy adventures of our Leonberger Le Bronco von der Löwenhöhle as well as information on Leonbergers. The second blog, superfactful, feature information and facts I think are very interesting. With this blog I would like to create a list of facts that are accepted as true among the experts of the field and yet disputed amongst the public or highly surprising. These facts are special and in lieu of a better word I call them super-facts. View all posts by thomasstigwikman

BTW Jacqui I just wanted to say that your post “Your Daughter is Going to USNA (or another Military Academy). What’s Ahead of her?” was very interesting reading and sounded like great advice and information. You certainly should be very proud of your daughter and congratulations to you both and thank you for your service to your daughter. I am posting here because it seems like I still cannot post on your blog.

My USNA blog is an old template. I’m afraid to change it because there seem so many problems with new templates, but I suspect that is why. Thank you for reaching out this way. It is a great career, most don’t realize with no education costs (well, not in dollars), and rewarding. Thanks again for sharing this.

It was very interesting and important reading. It is too bad about the comments, but I would hesitate to change it too, not without help from a professional WordPress expert.

Lulu: “Our Dada says he misses those autumn days they used to have in New York! But apparently not enough to move back to the snow …”

Lulu, so your Dada misses north east coast autumns, which is kind of California Dreaming backwards.
