25 Leonberger Puppies and Other Puppies for National Puppy Day

Today is National Puppy Day. Therefore, I am posting 25 puppy photos. It is mostly Leonberger puppies but there are also puppy photos of some of our other dogs. Most of the photos in this post are mine but I am including a few Leonberger puppy photos from shutterstock. If you want to check out the Leonberger book I wrote click here, or look to the right if you are on a desktop or at the bottom if you are on a mobile.

I am a dog lover, and especially a Leonberger lover, a home brewer, craft beer enthusiast, I’m learning French, and I am an avid reader. I live in Dallas, Texas, but I am originally from Sweden. I am married to Claudia, and we have three children. I have two blogs. The first feature the crazy adventures of our Leonberger Le Bronco von der Löwenhöhle as well as information on Leonbergers. The second blog, superfactful, feature information and facts I think are very interesting. With this blog I would like to create a list of facts that are accepted as true among the experts of the field and yet disputed amongst the public or highly surprising. These facts are special and in lieu of a better word I call them super-facts.

    1. Rollo grew up during the pandemic and we did not socialize him well but we did not expect him to become so unfriendly towards other dogs. We need to find a way of fixing the problem. Bronco passed and Daisy probably does not have much longer and then he will not have any dog friends.

    1. Yes we’ll do the same of course. Daisy has gotten so old she can’t manage that anymore so she wears diapers. She does not mind and she figured out that she did not need to worry about part anymore as soon as she started using them. Actually she stopped barking and fell asleep now. She is on the sofa.

  1. Puppies are universally adorable, Thomas. What a treat to see all these photos. The one of David sleeping with Daisy is so sweet. And Bronco standing over baby Rollo made me smile. I hope you had a great Puppy Day. 🙂
